Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel or reschedule, I respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice. I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you are to no show 3 times, you will no longer be able to schedule appointments with this business. This helps me ensure that clients who potentially want to book with me can schedule an appointment and allows me to continue offering the highest levels of care.
