CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. * Cancellations: Any cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost. * Rescheduling: Rescheduling an appointment with less than 24 hours' notice will also incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. * No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without any prior notification will be considered a "no-show" and will be charged a fee of 50% of the service cost. * Multiple Services: For clients booking multiple services, any reduction or cancellation of one or more services with less than 24 hours' notice will be treated as a late cancellation, even if other services are still rendered. This will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the original price for the canceled service(s). By booking an appointment with me, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by this cancellation policy.
